No it wasn't. He was standing RIGHT there. That is just a bad/missed call. And surprise surprise, it goes in Miami's favor.

The replay they showed from the floor was the same angle the ref had. The ball was CLEARLY below the rim after the first block.

I didn't see if it was below the rim, I was referring to the finger Durant got on it which is what I thought they missed.
