There are several bonuses to this. The doc should tell you that during the healing process that she will need someone to help her mold/form/squeeze those bad boys to "work them in" so to speak. Enjoy !

Yeah I should have note that it's more a reshaping thing than enlargement thing. Breastfeeding 2 kids did her no favors. If she goes bigger I'd be surprised.

The way I understand it is they reshape them and put a small (like 100 cc or less) implant in to give it a better fill it out.
