Quick question: Will this lead to any charges against his spouse?
I was wondering the same thing. It seems like from what they are saying she might be liable for Involuntary Manslaughter. She could probably just claim self defense, that he was trying to hurt her or something and she was trying to get away. It is a very sticky situation because he willingly jumped on the back of the truck.
Yeah, that's what I was thinking. If she says he was being abusive and she was fleeing and felt in physical danger, the fact he willingly jumped on the back of the truck would make a self-defense claim look very valid.

Listened to WLW700 for most of the day today, and, as expected, the news was mostly about Chris Henry. Lots of interesting insight from interviews with Mike Brown and Marvin Lewis. A lot of what was said pertained to the misperception of Chris Henry's character. Yes, he got into lots of trouble but seemed to be turning the corner. He was very generous almost to a fault as he took in 14 relatives after Hurricane Katrina in hopes of helping them out. Unfortunately, some of these relatives/friends took advantage. What a remarkable physical specimen he was.............I didn't realize he was 6'4", ran the 40 in 4.35, and, had a vertical leap of 40". Only 26, R.I.P. #15.

Sad to see this happen, especially at a time when Henry was turning his life around.

Easily the most talented receiver to ever play at WVU, and one of the biggest talents in the NFL. He was just never able to put it all together.

I feel bad for the Henry family.

However everyone says he changed his life around and what not.If that were true why is he jumping on a moving pickup truck which was driven by his fiance?I don't know many people that are in the right state of mind that would jump on a moving truck after a fight unless you were trying to physically harm that person. The whole situation is very sad but the guy obviously made another dumb decision that ultimately cost him his life.

You've never had to chase your wife down after a fight? I know I have. Not to hurt or threaten to hurt them. I've never had to jump in the back of a truck, but I don't find it all that strange.

Definitely a dumb decision though. He only had one good arm, and jumping into the truck probably wasn't the smartest decision.

Who would have thought breaking his arm would eventually kill him. If he wasn't injured, Henry would have been with the team.

LMAO. Yeah, that's not her trying to cover her ass or anything. That's right up there with "I did not have sex with that woman."

Apparently the next door neighbor was outside and heard Chri say that as the fight escalated.

Still the dumbest thing ever. Jumping out of a moving vehicle to kill yourself? One of two things happened here:

1. She took a curve and he lost his balance and fell out on accident.

2. She swerved on purpose to get his ass down in the bed and to stop beating on the window.
