How is Damon doing in LF? I brought him up in late March/early April and was just drilled with he is the worst OF and would make Reds fans yearn for Yonder Alonso and Adam Dunn in LF.
I know the past 7-10 games he's picked up the offense. The last two games he's made sensation plays in LF.
What do you guys that actually watch him think.

Awful arm. Average range. Makes the plays he gets to. He has made a couple great catches of the last week or so. I would call him servicable. The organization is concerned about Damon's slow start offensively. Guess there's something to be said for Spring Training.

Damon is terrible at the plate, and his arm is just the worst Ive ever seen. But, he gets to more balls and gets better reads, so I like him more than Duncan.

Like most have said"serviceabel" is the best way todescribe him. His are is terrible and he's decent in the field with a slow start at the plate.
He does, however, add some above average speed on the base paths...when he gets on. This is not a fast team oveall. Damon can help them in that regard. It's pretty impressive for a guy on the bask-side of his career.

Disapointing finale, as Lowe was awful. But a nice bounceback series, and burried the Tigers a little deeper by taking 2 of 3. Ill get on the next series tomorrow AM. No one jump the gun. We all saw what happened last time, fuckers.

We've all been clamoring for a right handed stick but I'm starting to wonder whether they might look to add another arm toward the deadline if they are still in contention. Lowe has been their best pitcher and he's been rocked 2 of his last 3 outings. Gomez hasn't been good as of late and Ubaldo & Masterson? Just not good...
