Ian Darke said it best. It is unfair playing this Spain side. They don't concede goals. They don't let you touch the ball. They score seemingly at will when in the mood. Best side ever. Euro, WC, Euro. You kiddin me?
Also amazing how versatile they are. Shows how amazing Xavi, Xabi Alonso and Iniesta are in the middle. They have anchored it for all 3 runs. Once in a typical 4-4-2. Then they win WC in a mixture of 4-5-1 and 3-6-1/3-5-2. Now they win Euros going to a 4-6-0 lol. Easily the best midfield we have ever seen. All 3 of those players get credit, yet are still mindnumbinly under appreciated.
