Yes and like the rest of the world, no one gives a shit. Except America will act like we actually didnt qualify. Sorry our under 23 team didnt make it...I would probably be upset if we sent USMNT caliber players to the Olympics. What a waste.

But seriously, what country sends anyone to the Olympics?

Jurgen sounded pretty salty when asked about the US not qualifying. He said our young guys missed out on a shot at some valuable experience.

Im sure he is pissed. Obviously wants those guys to play and improve.

But lets not kid ourselves. Olympics is WAY down the list of important tournaments/events the US is involved in. It would be better if they made it, but I wont lose any sleepover it. for the most part, if you are on the Olympic team and making an impact, you are probably already good enough for the USMNT.
