The video in the link is pretty cool. The catsup just kinda falls out of the bottle.

There's a name for that dried ketchup that gets around the hole and on the lid. Someone my age who remembers Sniglets might be able to help lol.

So now instead of 3 times too much ketchup, my kids will put 10 times too much ketchup on their food.

Btw, Justin, I hate the word "catsup". Please never post that word again.

They'll probably end up dumping the entire bottle on their food. Good luck.

Ketchup is just corn syrup anyway. Anyone who eats ketchup is probably overweight or has massive health issues.

MIT has really gone down hill.

Anything is fine in moderation. Even catchup.

Also, this isn't a terrible problem to try and solve. Lots of wasted condiments = lots of wasted money.

I agree to an extent, but when the average American diet is already full of corn based products(read: high artificial sugar) adding ketchup to the diet just piles more unneeded sugar on top of the already unhealthy food they are eating. Ketchup isn't good for you, it never will be no matter how much Heinz wants you to believe its got lycopene or whatever shit they come up with tomorrow.

High fructose corn syrup isn't good in moderation. If it was organic ketchup it wouldn't be as bad.

The problem of the ketchup not coming out of the bottle easily was solved by the invention of the squeeze bottle.

The newer squeeze bottle sux. The one with the hole covered up by plastic with an X slit for the ketchup to come out. I hate those. Hate the mustard one more than the ketchup one tho.

Here's a good joke I just made up:

Three tomatoes are walking down the street -- a papa tomato, a mama tomato, and a little baby tomato. Baby tomato starts lagging behind. Poppa tomato gets angry, goes over to the baby tomato, and squishes him... and says, "catch up".

I didn't say it was good. Beer isn't good for you either but it isn't going to kill you if you have some every once in a while.
