At this point, Im not sure I disagree with Manny here. But usually I do. But this game, all our relievers are done. Pestano, Sipp, Hagadone, Smith are done for the night.

What I hate is when he uses him when Pestano and Smith are still out there.

Who else is going to pitch? Accardo? Ascensio? There are no save situations the rest of the game. Might as well use your best reliever.
