Fuck......blood pressure through the roof!

How about Costanzo with the game winning RBI at Yankee Stadium? Steinbrenner would be proud if he were still alive.

What does this mean? He made the right move. Pulled Marshall when he should have. Dusty didn't give up 2 runs.

Should of left Chapman in.

Yes we can say that all day, but Dusty Baker has never ever left a pitcher in to pitch 2 innings of relief in a save situation. So criticizing him for doing something that he, and almost any other manager in baseball would never do is not fair. He made the right move in the 9th to pull Marshall so I think he deserves a little credit.

However, saying that, I do agree that leaving Chapman in would have been the best move so I'm not disagreeing with you saying that was the best move, just saying Dusty has never, and will never do that so let's give him a bit of credit for what he DID do right. (It doesn't happen often)

Exactly. However, I saw this thread had today's posts and ALMOST started it. This was around the 6th inning. I would've gotten killed had Marshall blown the lead...

Justin won't be happy about this: Mangold sporting the Swisher jersey (OSU pals I'm sure)

Baker announces Chapman as the closer. But he's unavailable today because of recent use. Dinglebaker.

Wow, that's not what he said on his pre-game comments to Marty on WLW.

Basically said its up for grabs, but that Marshall shouldn't be facing all righties because he's so much better against lefties. So he said if its a bunch of righties today it'd be Ondrusek. Said nothing about Chapman being the closer though.

Frazier with the Reds first hit in the 5.5 hole....in the 5th inning

Then Frazier gets hung out to dry on a hit and run way outside Hanigan couldn't handle.

Salary withstanding would kill for him to pitch for us. 230 innings a year is nice

Oh absolutely. It's just something about his windup that irks me.

Since 2007

CC is 100-41 with 240 innings pitched per year.

He may annoy....but he's a huge stud that never misses a start.

Never said he wasn't good or wouldn't want him, I just don't like watching him pitch.

If he was a Red, I would love watching him pitch LOL
