An imprisoned vampire, Barnabas Collins, is set free and returns to his ancestral home, where his dysfunctional descendants are in need of his protection.

This movie was pretty good, It was funny and had a great sound track.
Alice Copper performed, awesome.

It was just a blast to watch, I would see it again and actually pay to see it.

Eh, I was kind of excited for it when I first saw that it was being made but after watching the previews I'm much less pumped. As I said in the random movie news thread I'm sure Depp plays a good weird/funny vampire and there a few funny parts but for some reason I can't get that interested in it.

Go watch The Dreamers. You wont be disappointed. Great movie, with tons of naked Eva to go along with it. Actually might be the perfect movie now that I think about it.

Marty gives it a thumbs up, Bigdaddy (who sees over 200 movies a year) passes, now we just need Scarlet to come in and give it a A-.

Id go for the trailer of Gangster Squad. But not the actual movie.

Let's see, a Tim Burton movie starring Johnny Depp and Helen Bonham-Carter.... I have only seen this movie about a 100 times.

I want to see it. I'm going tomorrow at 1:45. I'm just not as interested in seeing it as I was before I saw the preview. My dad always told me the show wasn't a comedy so I was half expecting a darker movie. I realize Depp and Burton never make serious movies but for some reason I kind of thought they may with this one.

I'm sure there a few "dark moments" and a little bit of gore but it is mostly a comedy/goof movie. I will go watch it for what it is and I'm sure I will enjoy it.

Well I just got back a little bit ago and I must say it was much better than I figured it would be. I'm not sure if the people who make previews thought it would draw more people if they made it look like a comedy or what but it really wasn't anywhere near as comical as it appears.
