Back to the OP, I remember this lady from the George Burns 80s flick, "18 Again". For those who haven't seen it, the movie borrows from the theme of "Freaky Friday", only in this movie the young kid switches bodies with his 80 year old granpa, played by Burns. Anita Morris played the gold-digging tramp who was set to marry Burns' character for his money (of course to be foiled by the grandson who was on to her scheme all along).

It actually was a pretty funny movie.

I actually watched an episode of cheers with her in it, thought she looked familiar, so I looked her up. Ruthless people (great flick from back in the day) was what I remembered her from.
