Yeah, think we covered that. I am comfortable in my decisions to not support candidates that do not reflect my views.

It sounds like you are also.

No, you are wrong.

Right, during my lifetime I would never vote for someone against black suffrage. 1788, 1792, 1860, 1864 were not during my lifetime. In your comments you have stated if you were alive at those times you would not have voted for Washington or Lincoln. I have never said that. In fact given what we know of the times, they were the best possible choices. But again they were not during my lifetime.

???

All I said was I am comfortabe with my decision to not support candidates that do not reflect my views.

Aren't you comfortable not supportingn those who wouldn't reflect your views? Why would any support c candidate that doesn't reflect their views? That would be odd.

You don't have to read into it any more than that.

We never find candidates that are a mirror of our views. If that is what we expect we will never vote except for ourselves.

Yes, but there are certain non-negotiables. They usually stem from one's core convictions. If they are not reflective of my views the candidate doesn't receive my vote. That's really been the whole point of this back and forth discussion between us.

And I can say without hesitation that during the time of my life I have and I will only vote for candidates that support black suffrage. I can not make that claim if I am to consider candidates that competed in the antebellum Republican period, you claim you would, claiming it would violate some core belief.

Yeah, I think you had mentioned that a time or two.

I would not vote for a candidate that doesn't believe a back man should vote.

I don't think there's a problem with my keyboard as much as there is with my sloppy typing skills.

1. first didn't happen, except in your delusional mind 2. the question was not meant in anyway to diminish his argument, it was a question because he repeatedly types "back" and I guess each time he does he means black, just checking to see if my inference was correct.
