What is worse- concussions from athletics in youth sports or children doing nothing, being lazy and getting obese?

I think this poll is inherently shallow and meant to garner one response. Considering scientists are still learning, I doubt people here know exactly what goes on.

One of the thins people often think is it is just the big instant concussion hits that are the problem. However, there is lot of evidence showing the little hits that happen all the time could possibly add up and be worse over time.

Yes, I think everyone understands hitting your head is bad. But I don't think everyone understands the severity and extent of a bunch of small hits.
