Revenue reporting has been shady and Zuck has way too much control (aka ALL OF IT) over the company.

The fact that he basically has, and always will have complete voting control of the company is enough for me to say ... No thanks

The common stock is only going to be available after the major investors have stripped all the meat off the bones. Then, you're going to have to compete for the remaining piece of the pie with private investors with deep pockets.

Don't buy, at least not right away.

That right there earns a significant discount.

I don't buy individual stocks. Unless you get in the initial offering straight from the IB - which mostly only big, big spenders get - the stock is almost always cheaper a few weeks later.
