I went to the Tiro Tavern Testicle Festival Saturday. I was a little hesitate at first but I jumped in and had some. Shockingly they weren't bad, add a little salt and they're kind of yummy.

Does anyone know of a restaurant in Ohio that has rocky mount oysters on their menu?

The ol' Tiro Testicle Festival. I think I still have one of their tshirts somewhere. It says "You'll Have a Ball".

That said...I have never actually had any.
