They were poorly ran as well though. They didn't tank to get better through the draft. The Clippers made boneheaded trades and FA signings to try and get better but they never had a true plan. Minny is starting to look much better now and they've built through the draft.
OKC sucked for 2 or 3 seasons before they finally turned it around. But they are reaping the benefits of it now.
