sure it does, Massillon, Mckinley and Lousiville all D2. Where as before you had Mckinley in 1, Massillon and 2, and Louisville in 3.

LOL! I don't even care if it passes anymore. It's so ridiculous. The funny thing is, there are people out there who actually think this will make things "fair." Can't wait to hear what they start complaining about after this passes and the good schools keep winning.
