Nothing like a dropped pop up....nice job Shelly. One thing the tribe does not lack is home run power.

None of this would have happenned if they called Brantley out at first.

I don't expect them to hit like this every game.....but be consistent!
It's like watching two completely different teams from last week to this week.

I don't agree with Manning....I thought he was definitely safe.DeadliestWarrior34;1144556 wrote:None of this would have happenned if they called Brantley out at first.

I bash his body of work. And his body of work speaks for itself. That trade was absolute garbage...one of the worst ever in Cleveland sports history. I'm sorry that you feel differently than I do.hoops23;1144562 wrote:Just wondering if you bashed him during his first start as well?

Someone should have told Duncan that he wouldn't be losing his job if he had been hitting like that the first week of the season.
Good thing 38 year old Johnny Damon is coming in to replace him.

One of the worst? No way is it worse than the Lee and CC trades. It's a given if he struggles that you'll be here to point out the obvious, but if he's pitching a good game you're no where to be found.Footwedge;1144565 wrote:I bash his body of work. Of course not he was no where to be found. Only when the tribe struggle he chimes in

BTW, Alex White is 3-4 with an ERA over 7 and a horrible DUI charge.
Pom is 2-1 with an era over 5 and is getting hit around today in his first start against Ari.

Your comments have nothing to do with the Tribe winning. You're here to bash Ubaldo.Footwedge;1144584 wrote:You might want to check the scoreboard there champ. the tribe is up...and here I am.

The trade became horrible when they didnt do anything to help the team after it. What good is Ubaldo, even if he is awesome, for a year??? Id rather have Pomeranz till he is a FA even if he is no more than a #3. Had the FO made more moves than Grady, Damon, Kotchman, etc Id be pretty excited that we made a deal for a big name. But they didnt, so Ubaldo will either suck, or be decent/great and get traded. Really not much to get excited about, whereas with Pom we had him for awhile.
Plus, we traded for a pitcher and not a hitter (Pence...). We gave up more for Ubaldo than Philly for Pence. Just a whole lot of blah around the trade to hate. Not as much the trade itself.

And you are full of shit. I love the Indians....I post on virtually every game. I can't help it that Ubaldo blows...it's not my fault.hoops23;1144586 wrote:Your comments have nothing to do with the Tribe winning. You're here to bash Ubaldo.

Ubaldo probably wont even qualify for a win today. I doubt he goes 5. I missed the 1st inning, wtf did he have to throw so many damn pitches for???
