Sister home from Texas for a few days....I'm on Easter/Spring Break still. My Dad, sister and I traveled to Chillicothe for a lunch at Max & Ermas. Stopped at a red light, second in line....light turns green, car in front hesitates a touch (I'm watching ready to advance forward) and BOOM...Davey Dumbass in his big white work van smash into us....mashed bumper, 3 whiplashy necks and two super stiff backs.

Awesome.

Fair enough....remember I'm in southern Ohio....not great choices. I swear the cop that came was Carl from Family Matters.

There isn't a Chile's in Chillicothe and Max & Ermas was and is always excellent there. Thanks for trying to fail my taste buds. I have no clue of what tastes good to me and what doesn't.

Honestly, that's what I call a cool story bro. Such a riveting tale, I honestly copy and pasted it to word, saved on my hard drive, backed it up on a jump drive, drove to the bank, put the jump drive in the safe deposit box, and will leave it there until my kids turn about 12 (when they can actually state their age, and ask what it is I'm showing them), when I will pick it up, put it in an old USB drive reader and relay this cool story to them and tell them, "kids, this is what a cool story should look and sound like...not like the stories your generation tells."

Don't be afraid to ask his insurance company for a little pain and suffering. You might be able to get a few thousand each. I used to be against asking insurance companies for money for this stuff but I was in an accident and the insurance company of the guy that hit me was such dick about the whole thing I sued after my shoulder surgery.

See a doctor tomorrow. You might wake up with more problems.

With car accidents you often don't feel the worst till a few days after. Just be careful with assuming you're ok because you don't have any immediate problems.

If you don't go after the money with a personal injury attorney, you are a fool. I've seen the insurer offer a settlement without the victim even asking. Just so they can settle before the lawsuit. Get paid x3 and make them use genuine parts to repair your vehicle.
