I can't see Lee leaving Triway as long as there is a Carmichael project afoot. The biggest concern has to be the offensive line. No experience and zero depth, mean the project will have trouble staying on his feet.

The program will have a rough season this fall.

Yeah I understand it is more of a time management thing over a procedural issue. And I do think he can handle the responsibilities of both jobs.
