Haha reading that old thread is great. I doubt he sees any prison time but I wouldn't put it past our justice system.

I'm guessing zero jail time. It'll be probation, community service and a few hundred bucks.

Real question can it be expunged from his permanent record? Probably hard to get hired with an assault charge.
