I forgot I had an email sent to her that said "i can't pay you march's rent that I owe you..$365..until march 30th becuase I don't get a paycheck until then" So that puts it in writing, which means I'm fucked.

Let her know that you will not be giving her back the key until the end of the month that you paid for. Just show up at random times with a bunch of people and see if she wants to let you out of the lease.

I met the filthy roommie..my buddy and I were supposed to take this place, but he had to bail..so I just took over for the one bitch. And the chick who my friend was supposed to take over for stayed living there (as my roommate..which I was cool with). This sounds like a Judge Judy case. You should have taken pics of the condition of the place and sent them to her. Just pay her the 365 or whatever and get rid of her or you are going to be in small claims court.
