I am not 100% convinced the kid ran. He probably thought that would make the kid sound more guilty so he added that to his story. Just like the cops trying to make it sound like the block watch POS was the one who yelled help.

Let's be honest...if anyone is to blame it's whoever was responsible for the kid. I mean, seriously! Who let's a 17 year old walk to the store for Skittles when it's raining out?! If they would have told him "No Skittles!" he'd still be alive.

I also feel that we can blame rap music for this. And video games. Video games are probably at fault, too. Damn GTA.

While we're at it. I'm sure Hurricane Katrina somehow affected this situation (you know butterfly effect and all). So that means it's also Bush's fault.

You know who I blame? Yep, you guessed it. Frank Stallone.

Is this going to affect oil prices?

Probably. Afterall, this is the oil companies' fault. Had gas prices not been so high, the kid would have been able to drive to get his Skittles.

This guy was quoted as saying "these assholes always get away" before he even confronted the kid. He obviously thought the kid was guilty before he started running so he might have shot him anyways. You saying "if he didn't run, he wouldn't be dead" is not just stupid, it's plain wrong.
Eggzactly!
