The kid should not of been black this would not have been a problem if that don't happen. As soon as he was black it put it in the shooters head that the kid was doing something wrong. Nothing good was gonna come out of this with the kid being black. I'm surprised the guy didn't shoot first before wrestling with the kid.

The guy doing the shooting should be prosecuted not saying that he shouldnt. Just saying if the kid didnt run this would not of happened. The shooter should not of got out of the car and pursued the kid. All Im saying is if the kid dont run it dont happen.

Guys, if this kid's body wasn't adversely affected by bullets, none of this would have happened. It's his fault for bleeding and having all sorts of other internal injuries in response to some bullet he more than likely ran into.

The kid ran making the guy with the gun jumpy in his mind the kid is doing something wrong, obviously the kid did nothing wrong now that we know the story. But at the time the guy prolly full of adrenaline and excited cause he has some authority thinks the kid did something wrong. Gives chase wrestles with the kid then shoots him. The kid did nothing wrong he just provoked this guy. The guy should be guilty of murder in some sort.
