Gets started in about 20 minutes on BTN. Iowa and ILL with the tip for the first game, then IU and PSU 25 minutes after the first game, also on BTN. 2nd session today will be on ESPN2 with NW - MINNY and Purdue - Nebraska to follow.
Really looking forward to NW this tourney, 2 wins and they are in for sure, and they can beat both Minny and Michigan imo.

Love to be in Indy right now...went last year and had a blast. I loved the way they had different blocks designated as their respective schools' 'home' base--it was awesome!

Im clearly biased. But INDY is one of the very best host cities. Probably top 3, imo, for any large sporting event. They just know how to do it, and what people want. Also have a great natural set-up.vball10set;1108896 wrote:Love to be in Indy right now...went last year and had a blast. I'm sure they proved this with the Super Bowl. I look for more events to be held there.Laley23;1108904 wrote:Im clearly biased. But INDY is one of the very best host cities. Indy is an awesome host, for anyone that's been there for a Big Ten tournament. Went to the BTT when it was in Chicago and it was definitely NOT the same.
BTW, I think Indiana could surprise and make the finals from the top half of the bracket. They'll certainly have the home crowd.

The worst part is I put Minny later also, and I was staring at Illinois highlights on BTN when I made the thread. Im an idiot.slcoach;1108920 wrote:Iowa is playing Illinois and lame duck Coach Weber.

Yeah, there is definitely a reason why the Final Four has a contractual obligation to be in INDY every 4 years. It has a little to do with NCAA being there, but much more, imo, because its the best FF host.ernest_t_bass;1108910 wrote:I'm sure they proved this with the Super Bowl. I'm hoping Iowa wins and the game ends with Bruce Weber being executed on the court.
The perfect ending to his career coaching the Illini.

Tim Frazier: wants to win. Rest of team: indifferent. At the half, Indiana leads 38-32. Frazier has 19 of those 32 for PSU.

And Indiana starts the second half with a 12-2 run to go up by 16. Good night, Penn State. See you next year.

Indiana is playing so well offensively now and their defense has really improve the last month. Will be interesting to see IND offense vs WIS defense tomorrow. I'm looking forward to revenge after only playing them in Madison. Stupid unbalanced schedules.

After going 7-14 with 19 points in the first half, Frazier is 0-7 with 2 points in the first 12 minutes of the second half.

Just saw the Illinois score. LOL @ Bruce Weber. He should just start walking home now.

Question: Does Dan Dakich regularly have sex with Bruce Weber? Listening to the NW-Minn game and for the second straight B1G game I've watched that he's done, he's gone off about how he hopes Illinois keeps him around because he's a good coach and it will pay off to not make a change. LOLWUT?

I've watched NW play probably 5-6 times this year, and they have never struck me as an NCAA tournament team. Probably will be true now.

I don't get how Northwestern was even on the bubble. 1-10 against the top 50, 5-13 against the top 100. The resume is Michigan State. That's it. Seton Hall and LSU as your other 2 "big wins"? Not doing anything for me.
