As far as our back ups.

Every time I've seen Amir Williams on the floor this year he seems to be a bit of a defensive liability and picks up fouls easily.

Pretty good day of basketball other than the Michigan State game blowout. Have two players from the same high school ever put up 30 points each in the Big 10 tournament? What a great out of bounds play Michigan ran for Smotrycz to tie the game. Burke was awesome the entire night and Minnesota couldn't close again. SEVEN 3's for guy averaging 3.0 ppg. Way to go Rob Wilson. Wisky needed you.IU scored 40 on Wisky in the 2nd half. They are primed for a good run. Purdue tried, but couldn't handle OSU for 40 minutes. Sully was a beast and Thomas was amazing. I wish OSU had a guy like D.J.Byrd.

I was thinking same thing watching game. If OSU only had that designated 3pt shooter, this team would be complete! Oh well, they are playing pretty well right now. Be good to at least get one more win. Win Big10 tourney could get OSU #1 seed with KU going down yesterday.

Why was Tom Izzo QQing about Weber getting fired? I get he's a cool guy, but he's a perennial underachiever.

With Kansas losing and the fact teh ACC shouldn't get two 1 seeds. If either MSU or OSU wints the B1G tourney, do they get a 1 seed?

Not me, the guy's a douche...the only player from Purdue I'd take is Smith (or Hummel pre-injuries).

We are playing pretty good team basketball right now, and if we continue this on-court chemistry, who knows how far we can go?

Could they? Yes they could. Lunardi says KU is still the fourth #1, with possibly OSU/MSU moving into that spot.

I think the dean of B1G coaches was just taking the high road, 'cause Weber does seem like a real good guy.

Didn't mean I wanted Byrd himself. Just a reliable 3pt shooter. Its an obvious weakness for this team.

LOL--gotcha'....Byrd reminds me of a balding Chris Kramer, who I fucking couldn't stand!

I'd like to think it's more than possible if either OSU or MSU wins the tournament. Both have similar records to Kansas. Both played more ranked teams. Both played in a tougher conference and were co-champions of the regular season and hypothetically the tournament champion too. It'd be hard to justify giving Kansas a one seed over them at that point.AlsoOf all three teams, Kansas has the worst loss (home against Davidson).

Its always been rumored that the picks are done before the B1G Championship game is over. Best case scenario is the game is over 30 min before the selection show.

He is in fact doing the MSU/Wisky game. Which probably means, Hightower will be doing OSU/UM game.

Wisky went from looking great the first 10 min of this game, to absolutely piss poor since. Give MSU credit though. They are playing very well. Thought they might struggle without Dawson.
