But changes in vision, mental awareness, reaction time, memory,.etc. are common in people over 60. Passing the test at 16 has no bearing on whether one is a capable driver at 60.

Terrible jokes aside, I actually meant that. My vision is considerably worse at age 27 than it was when I was 16.
