All involved split with one another, so second tiebreak is winning percentage over #4 Wisconsinmallymal614;1104926 wrote:How do they determine this? They split with both Mich St and Mich. And have a better overall record than both.
1. Michigan State (2-0, third tiebreak says 2-0 beats 1-0)
2. Michigan (1-0)
3. Ohio State (1-1)

Thanks. Didn't matter much to me that we #3 but did want to know how. I guess thats the best tiebreaker they could come up with.ts1227;1104932 wrote:All involved split with one another, so second tiebreak is winning percentage over #4 Wisconsin

There are like 5 tiebreakers with the last being a coin flip.mallymal614;1104934 wrote:Thanks. Didn't matter much to me that we #3 but did want to know how. I guess thats the best tiebreaker they could come up with.

Looks like OSU will play Purdue (the 6 seed) in the B1G quarterfinals. Pending a Purdue comeback today or upset in the 1st round.

I'm watching the highlights right now and some people don't realize how close Green's shot came to going in. It was one the line just short.

It's head to head; if they all split, then it's record against 4th place team.

The last shot? lol Barely grazed the rim. And close only counts in horseshoes and handgranaides!mallymal614;1104940 wrote:I'm watching the highlights right now and some people don't realize how close Green's shot came to going in. It was one the line just short.

Anybody notice the OSU assistant that was halfway out on the court after that shot?

Its dumb and unfair with an unbalanced schedule. I would rather them just go highest ranked or hardest conference SOS or something.mallymal614;1104934 wrote:Thanks. Didn't matter much to me that we #3 but did want to know how. I guess thats the best tiebreaker they could come up with.

The shot almost went in? Cool...How does one catch a ball and land in less than .3 seconds...then catch, turn, and release in .7. But whatever, did the Bucks get the trophy before or after Sparty...or did they have two trophies there?

Thad Matta and the buckeyes have won 5 out of the last 7 big ten titles including 3 in a row.

How bout them buckeyes!!!!
I have to admit I was just about ready to give up on them when it was 22-7. Several people quit watching where I was and I'm glad now that I wasn't one of them
