I know about Darby on Mondays,is there anywhere else in central ohio for the middle schoolers to workout the next couple of weeks??

Also, my son is a 176,so info on bigger kids attending would be appreciated as well..Thanks for any info..

Olentangy Liberty HS Sunday 5-7...Monday and Wednesday 6:15-7:45...Some nice upper weights..Martinez from Delaware, Crumb from Olentangy, and others...Jack Harris (state champ) from Urbana has been.there as well...

I see that Darby will be open next Monday (March 5) will Olentangy be open Sunday(4th) and Wednesday (7th)?

Yes Liberty will have open mats Sunday 5-7p...also Tommy Rowlands will be running practice Monday 6:15-7:45p...Wednesday is 6:15-7:45p as well...

Ohio capitals club will be going at it again on Monday 6:45 @ Darby.
We've been getting some really good quality MS kids.

We are going thru April with the Tournament Of Champions as a big tourney we will attend.
We may revamp after that but we prolly still will have it all spring and summer.
We want to try to keep offering the club/open mat format to anyone as an inexpensive alternative to the high profile clubs and camps. We are also going to do other spring/summer tourneys like the New albany Duals.
