Other franchises with inept FO's make me feel better about the Browns FO. It's beyond me why the Chargers fired a 14-2 Schottenheimer, but they have kept an underachieving Norv for 5 or so years.

That has to be the most puzzling firing I can think of. It is the sort of thing that makes you wonder WTF is going on out there. A.J. Colts are now 6-3. Fairly tough schedule left but I think they can get to 9 wins, maybe 10 if Houston has everything clinched and takes the final week off. Serious playoff shot for Indy, though not sure if that says more about them/Luck or less about the AFC.
