I remember being warned about Haley being a dumbfuck when we hired him. I didn't really take it seriously, until now.

This is a shitty stage to be in. Not quite "rebuilding", just kind of mehhh. They have a lot of issues, I wouldn't even know where to start.

I like the play of the receivers and Ben though....he's playing great.

Mike Adams continues to be pitiful.

I'm pretty sure he gave up a sack immediately after he went in.

Issue #1 - health. People dropping like flies.

Issue #2 - defense. Particularly in late-game situations. If the other team needs a drive, they get it. Somewhat tied to #1, as virtually anyone who's anyone on the defense seems to have missed some amount of time this year. Some of it is due to age (Polamalu, Harrison), some is bad luck with the injury bug.

Issue #3 - offensive line. Still sucks, in part due to #1, as they're down to the dregs of their line-up. Other than Mendenhall last week, they've had no running game whatsoever. And Mendenhall's game got less impressive on paper when you consider that the league called his TD a pass apparently, which took him from 81 yards to 68 in that game.

Your team made the playoffs, took a 2-0 lead on the road and then horribly choked three straight games away at home, oftentimes looking like completely inept retards in the process...and all it took was one loss by an NFL division rival to take the sting out. That is some awesome ability to rebound!
Come on it was a light jab at the Steelers in a 16 game season. My Bengals haven't even got the chance to play you yet. But I'm still on the ledge about the Reds losing.

Things I'm "really" looking forward to watching: Ike Taylor trying to cover Green. The only question will be if Green gets more receiving yards or penalty yards from Taylor getting multiple PI flags in the two games.

He was solid all night other than his first play in the game.

Ed Werder ‏@Edwerderespn
Asked Joe Flacco if this could be Ray Lewis' final season: "If you tell Ray
you hear he's not playing any more, he'd freaking kill you.''

Wouldn't be the first time, Joe....wouldn't be the first time. ;)

wasting all kinds of time, now they only took one play before the field goal try. Terrible time management.

True but someone needed to call a fucking timeout when there was 15 seconds left.

Romo was going to clock it to save the TO, at least that was the plan.

Still. You see your guy not getting to the line, you call timeout.

Dez did have a beef though, it was a bad spot.
