also, you give mccoy weapons and a decent line, and we will win. No doubt about it.
Jesus doesn't care about winning or losing football games. But if Tebow were on the Browns last year they probably make the Playoffs. He did shred the steelers (best defense in your division and in the NFL) fairly easily.

I don't think a better QB would've got those wins, because our offensive scheme and weapons were pitiful. Shurmur was awful with his play calling, and ran a high school offense. My whole point to this is no one can predict what will happen, but with the eye test on mccoy, I feel that if he has time and gets comfortable in the pocket(great line to protect him, weapons getting seperation), he will take this team where we want to go.BR1986FB;1113665 wrote:You can't say "no doubt about it" though like it's a lock. Just like I could very well be wrong and McCoy could blossom (highly doubtful). They could surround him with weapons and he could remain a "checkdown machine" because he remains afraid to make a mistake.
I also think he was a MAJOR cause for that 3-10 record and I think a better QB would've had them closer to 6-7 or 7-6 in those games, if not more.

That's interesting because to most of the people in the NFL who evaluate QB's, he DOESN'T pass this "eye test" as a franchise QB. And that's putting MY personal dislike for his attributes aside.DeyDurkie5;1113750 wrote:I don't think a better QB would've got those wins, because our offensive scheme and weapons were pitiful. Yeah, I mean he looked like shit a lot of the time. But when he was given time, he made some really good throws(norwood touchdown vs. bengals, mo mass td vs dolphins) not to mention he has good mobilityBR1986FB;1113756 wrote:That's interesting because to most of the people in the NFL who evaluate QB's, he DOESN'T pass this "eye test" as a franchise QB. The HAMMER just got dropped by Goodell. If I'm reading this right, the Cowboys and Redskins just got punished for cash dumping? Cowboys lose $10 million in cap space while the Skins lose $36 million over the next two years per Schefter? Skins are FUCKED.
Good luck surrounding RG3 with those weapons...

Getting it off off Schefters Facebook feed. They were nailed for frontloading contracts and every other team in the league except the Saints & Raiders will get $1.6 million additional toward their salary cap.Raw Dawgin' it;1113794 wrote:Link?

I love how butt hurt you get as soon as someone disagrees with you on McCoy or makes a comment towards you. You follow their posts with the same crap. It's quite pathetic, especially for someone who would watch his friend take a shot up his butt hole. Such fun.DeyDurkie5;1113755 wrote:I love how butthurt you get. So they essentially are being punished for something that was not a rule, but simply pissed Fidel Goodell off.

But I probably would too. Show me where it says that in the rulebook. Goodell is a fuck.

I'm QQing because it's bullshit. You find a way to get shit done within the rules and you get fucked.

Goodell can fuck himself. That's ridiculous. And I'm far from a Skins or Cowboys fan.
