Anyone see Forbes valuations? Cowboys top 2 bil and post a ridiculous $226.7 operating income (ebit).

Only 3 teams in the red last year by their estimation - oakland, detroit, pittsburgh.

Underestimated the amount of bail money they'd need. ;)

I was too. Pretty negligible amount lost (< $1 mil), but half the league had operating income listed at $30 mil or above, so still pretty surprising.

The reason was apparently player salaries/benefits though. Player expenses were almost $40 mil more than the Browns ($20 mil more than teams like Patriots, Packers, Giants).

Christ the NFL is starting to think they are the NBA with this crap pre game show. Mariah Cary has to be the worst non -talent on the planet.

I can. I didn't think anyone really read it last year, but I was thinking about possibility doing them again. I was thinking maybe other members could contribute to certain teams? Make it more fun with other people getting involved. Not sure if Justin wants that type of stuff on his front page right now with this adsense deal though.

I'd help out no problem. Would help with rankings or brief descriptions or whatever.

For Godsakes, man...just don't post Russell Wilson's girlfriend. Last time I saw a mouth like that I fed it a sugar cube and put a bit in it.

Some rookies off to good starts. Stephen Hill with a TD catch for the Jets. Janoris Jenkins with a pick for St. Louis.

And RGIII just goes 8/8 passing with 149 yards and a TD in his first quarter.

Jay Cutler to Brandon Marshall for 6. I think we'll be hearing that a lot this year.
