Can you take pills on a plane and how do they check? I have to fly soon and I was going to take a few xanax with me because I don't like flying. I don't have a prescription for them so I was wondering whats the odds of me getting caught trying to sneek 2 or three pills through security.

My roommates went to Pakistan over Christmas break and brought back two boxes of xanax with no prescription and had no problems.

I don't think it will be a problem. Just take whatever you are going to take and put the rest of them in your luggage.

I used to rub it into my eyes. That's the best buzz as it goes straight to your brain. But, then I got Glaucoma and had to stop. The irony is too much to bear sometimes.

You'll have no issues taking meds with you. Hell think of old people and the little pharmacy they travel with.

Upon further internet investigation I am just going to mail them. Since it wont be going out of country and through customs there is a very slim chance they will catch it. Worse case is they find them and confiscate them.

That's one thing I won't do is take anything when I fly. I don't need a reason for TSA or customs (when leaving country) to fuck with me either.

Couple of reasons

1) I don't fly often so its not a big deal

2) I tried once and my doctor prescribed me some bull shit knock off. It didn't work and instead of getting me something else she just kept messing with the dosage. It was getting expensive so I just gave up.

3) I don't want to take xanax every day. This is more for the flight back when I am going to be hungover. Last time I flew hungover it was a bad experience.

When your plane is about to crash the Xanax really won't help take the edge off anyhow, so you might as well not worry about it.

Can't you just take some when you get to the airport prior to security and put some in an advil/aleve bottle in luggage for the return trip?

This. If you take some before then check the rest in your luggage then take it before security on the way back. They aren't going to care if you have a bottle of aleve in your checked luggage.
