I figured I'd start a thread over the whole sport, not just Tiger. Anyways Phil looking to go back to back today. He is absolutely on fire right now

Ohh my god what an end to regulation in this tourney. Those putts Phil and Keegs just dropped were sick. And birdies on a Par 4 that was playing at a 4.4 average this week

And on inconsistent greens too! I think they said Phil only had a 9% chance of making his and Keegs had a 20% chance of making his. Just an unreal tournamentvball10set;1090556 wrote:only six birdies on 18 today coming into that group--unbelievable!

It was a great finish and also showed that playing it safe isnt always a bad move. Nice job Billy Haas!!

Very good point. Maybe the other 2 should have followed suit. The pin was at a place where you couldn't hold the green where they were shooting from. If they play down below the hole they may have had a better chance.september63;1090661 wrote:It was a great finish and also showed that playing it safe isnt always a bad move. Nice job Billy Haas!!

Could Dustin Johnson have a worse short game? If he could chip and putt he would make a million more dollars

The Accenture Match Play starts Wednesday. One of my favorite non-major tourneys in golf! Cant wait. Hoping for some good late round pairings (Fri, Sat and Sun).

Rory has a one shot lead right now as he plays the 7th at the Honda Classic. A win will vault him to the No.1 in the world position. Woods is on a TEAR today at -5 through 11 (-7 overall), but he is still 4 shots back. Mcilroy has a tough up and down on the 7th.

Makes the eagle putt and Tiger is in at 10 under. Final round 62. McIlroy still 2 strokes ahead.

Oh and Tiger could have been EVEN lower today. He had MULTIPLE putts that he lipped or just missed. It could have been historic.
