Mo deserves to go out with a cutter, not a torn ACL. Sucks. GOAT reliever by miles. 0.76 postseason ERA is absurd.

Bobby Abreu will not be taking Willie Harris' locker. Bummer. He's going to the Dodgers.

Kyle Kendrick might be the worst starting pitcher in baseball.

Man, I was hoping the Nationals were going to start fading by now. I'm going to DC for the Braves series first weekend of June so I suppose it will be good to see two good teams going at it.

Nats always play the Braves and Phillies good.

Guy at 2nd with no out and the Phillies don't get him in. Don't know why they didn't bunt and get him to 3rd. Dumb

Yep and he got robbed of a RBI when the ump called a foul ball. Then on the next pitch called Shane out at 3 on a easy stolen base. Then Chooch hits a basehit to right.

The Nats win in the 11th. Phillies still can't above .500. They have only been above .500 once and that was opening day.

The flip side of the Phillies loss, the Nationals are looking like they are legit.
The pitching, especially the bullpen, is legit.
And Brice Harper is a fun rookie to watch.
Sunday night will be fun.

Except they have really good starting pitching, a good bullpen, solid hitters, and good defense.

And so do a lot of teams, 30 games in

Not saying they can't possibly be "for real" but now is not the time to make that claim

I wouldn't say a lot. Maybe 5. I'm not saying they are going to win the world series, just that they are going to hang around all year.

Still not sold on the Nats. Don't think they will finish better then 3rd in the East. Still see the Braves and the Phillies finishing above them.
Not to worried about the Phillies right now if it was July then I would be scared. Still alot of baseball to be played and Howard and Utley are coming along. Howard is in Florida and Utley says he feels better then he did this time last year. He will start doing pre game work. Then he will head to Florida. Still looks like Howard could be back in Early June and Utley might be soon after that. Hoping everything goes well and no more setbacks.

Albert Pujols has been looking increasinly like the 35 year old he is.

The booing in Anaheim they showed on Sportscenter this morning was tremendous after he grounded out in the 9th to take the collar again.
