I saw it yesterday, was first amused... then disappointed.

It does stay pretty true to the actual movie. But at the same time it is pathetic. It's a bit depressing watching him do this. His character was an icon for independence and doing your own thing. This commercial is all about cashing in and selling out. The two ideas seem diametrically opposed.
