yes. I am working a lot of half guard stuff. I have all of Demian Maia, Saulo Ribeiro and Graice DVDs..over 70 in all.

That was a fucking beatdown! The ref should have stopped that earlier. Mir went flat, and couldn't defend himself.

bro Saulo probably is. But he is a 7 time world Champ. I have all of Marcelo Garcia's DVDs too. But with Saulo you get the only DVD set I have found that teaches you early..on time.. And LATE Submission defense. My instructor from the Relson Gracie Academy teaches all 3 too.

I agree.. He new he was tapping. I love leg locks. They are what I do best. That being said in class I don't do them. I have great control with knee bars and rolling Toe holds.. But.. Heel hooks are too dangerous.

my Friend just text me. He is a huge Mir fan. Says.. He saw an illegal punch to the back of the head. I said. If that happened. It's because Mir is notorious for turning his head to receive an illegal blow to the back of the head.. In hopes of the fight being stood up.

GSP looked fantastic (as usual) in the first round.. Thought that arm bar had Dan HArdy dead in the water, to his credit he got out though..

Looks like HArdy may be favoring that right arm..

I don't know how Hardy withstood damn near getting his arm ripped off twice? GSP dominated but Hardy has a ton of heart and grit!
