Just reading Nevada SAC would be unlikely to approve Belfort's TRT request if next fight in NV.

Yeah but Hendo is more closely monitored then Belfort. Belfort has been only fighting in Brazil where he can be basically 30-1 and they don't care. Hendo has always came out and said test people make sure their always within legal ratios and not jacking themselves up to super high levels the. Coming down for the fight.

How do we know this though? He has fought in Brazil 3 out the last 4 times but only those 3 times since 1998. We don't know what his levels are,the same way we don't know what Dan's levels are. Funny how people give Vitor all the blame but give Chael, Hendo, Mir, Couture passes. The issue lies with the commission, not with the fighters. The Nevada commission said they would not allow Vitor to use TRT because of his past steroid abuse that's why he is fighting there. The commission is Brazil is not strict at all. I don't think anyone who has abused steroids in the past should be able to use TRT. I don't give Chael or Vitor a break because they are both known cheats. I would feel the same way about Henderson but he has never tested positive for anything.

That we know of, I don't mean to sound like I'm defending TRT but if it's allowed by the commissions then you can't really blame these fighters because it's technically not cheating. I believe the UFC said that they have been testing the shit out of guys who use TRT throughout their camps to make sure they are within a certain range. Hendo is regulated by NSAC, Vitor hasn't fought in the US since 2011 and in 2006 he was caught taking steroid injections. Yes Hendo has taken TRT, but Dan fights in the US and has never failed a test. IMO, Vitor's head and body look like he's been taking something.
