Shameless is without doubt the most entertaining show I've ever seen. Arrested Development is the funniest. The Wire is the best.

This episode was definitely different in tone. I'm excited to see where they take it. It was a lot to handle for a first episode. Ethel's character makes me die laughing every time. A garden in the back? hahahah

Shameless is great. 9-10:30 on showtime right now is fantastic as house of lies looks to be awesome judging from that first episode (pilot?) And of course californication

Had never seen it before a few months ago when a preview caught my eye. I'm hooked. Very entertaining show.

And I have to agree, Showtime has some fantastic shows.

Probably gonna watch the first 3 episodes this week. First season was awesome. Emmy Rossum reminds me of my ex gf, looks wise.

Also, Steve is a douchebag. For the record.

lol, I dont now what I hate him. Maybe cause Im just jealous that he is getting his dick wet in Emmy Rossum. Maybe its his douchebag hair. I dunno. He steals cars, or did. So thats a huge plus in anyones book. He is better than the fuckface cop though. That guy is the definition of tool. No wonder he was a virgin.

Kevin and Lip are the best male characters, outside of Frank of course. Im still surprised he didnt get more love in the awards for his portrayal. He is amazing, and according to his Conan interview, is not drunk or anything while on set. Thats acting, cause he seems hammered in every scene lol.

Haha yeah Frank is awesome...I know you said you haven't watched the first 3 episodes yet (get on that, btw), but what he does in it is pretttttty bad, even for his standards haha that's awesome that he's completely acting; though it'd be funny if he was just really drunk on the set and just ad libs his lines from drunkenness lol

Im watching 2.1 right now. Ill be done with 2.3 by tomorrow night.

He did say he ab libs most of the lines. They just give him an "outline" for the scenes and he makes it up as if hes drunk. He said now when he does get "When I get bleeped up, I go into Frank mode and cant stop" I thought that was hilarious.

Love this show, but honestly I think Frank is weakest link.

I always find myself wishing his scenes go faster so we can get back to the kids plots. Lip is probably my favorite character.

Some of his story lines are dumb, but his character is great imo.

Im with laley though, I think Steve is a douche as well.

Lol, that was awesome. Can Frank be charged with murder? I thought you guys meant the blowing dudes in the first episode. But holy shit, he actually kept that chick from a heart and then went along with killing her for 2 grand and a flat-screen lol.

Dont totally disagree. I like the kids storylines, particularly Lips and Fionas. But I could do without Ians and Debbies for the most part. But in the end, Frank makes the show. His storylines piss you off, but they are hysterical. The best scenes and plots are the ones that involve Frank drunk while interacting with the kids. I think one of my favorite episodes was when Frank was trying to go sober for money.

I just watched the entire season 1 of this show. Man this is one of the best shows I've watched in a long time. William H Macy does an amazing job playing Frank. I can't wait to get home to see season 2.
