Seriously. It's out of control and needs to stop. There's a difference between funny banter and trying to be the biggest possible prick that you can be.

Can you please provide examples on what is wrong and what is right?

For instance, if poster A calls poster B a douche bag, is that unacceptable?

Say poster A pastes a quote from wikipedia and adds "poster b is a douche bag" within the paragraph. Is that unacceptable?
