Lattimore and Dyer will be ranked ahead of him for draft eligible guys, but I don't know about anyone else.
Dyer is a headcase. I imagine he'll drop in the draft. He may be leaving Auburn to follow Malzahn.

Once they leave school the NCAA can't make them answer any questions.

All these players returning reeeeaaaallly makes you wonder how much illegal benefits they're receiving lol I know no one wants to talk about it and there's really no proof, but come on how in the hell does Jones just decide on his senior year...he would be a first round pick what else do you want?

And I wanna be the owner of the Cleveland Browns but if I was only offered the GM position id take it. I mean with Barkley next year, Jones is still gonna be the second best QB taken at best. And he doesn't have broyles so he'll prolly struggle and hurt his draft stock.

I mean look at Harrison Barnes, Sullinger, Perry Jones..literally zero reason for them not to go pro

I had heard he was dropping a little though and he may be behind Luck, RGIII, and even Tannehill or Foles. Next year the only guy ahead of him, at the moment anyway is Barkley. He may have a better shot at going higher first round by staying.

It's not inconceivable. It could be that these guys just don't think they're ready for the NFL. Maybe they believe that they can improve, and have a better chance at having a prolonged career. Even if they are getting benefits, I'm sure it's not enough to offset first round money.

It COULD be...but come on...use your head, these are guys who have been told their whole lives they are really really really really really fuckin good, I doubt they're just like "hmm, I'm not there yet, I need another year at school"

ESPECIALLY guys who are projected to go first round, and are coming back.

Some guys just love college football and want the chance to enjoy a senior year. The NFL will always be there if you're good enough. He can improve his stock next year, plain and simple. But maybe it has more to do with wanting to work his ass off for the university he loves.

Who are these people saying that they're really really really really fucking good huh? Internet guys like us? Family and friends that don't know much at the end of the day? I guarantee his coaches aren't in his ear saying that-- more so probably grilling him during game film to become better. The people that are closest are the ones that teach him humility. I don't think he's happy with being the #2 QB on the #1 preseason team to finishing arguably the #4 best QB on the #14 team in the country.

Matt Barkely was the #1 rated player coming out of high school, Manti Te'o was #2 in the same class which I would guess would mean they've been told they are really really really really really fuckin good their whole lives. Both projected to go 13th at worst in this year's draft. Both returned to school for their senior year.

Why would they stay in school then? You really think the possible benefits they receive are anywhere near the millions they would've made if they had gone in the draft?

It also has to do with their financial situation at home. Not knowing for sure, but I assume guys like Barkley, Jones, Te'o, etc. come from families that are pretty comfortable financially, so it makes the decision less complicated.

I don't really know what the point is...they just help my point that they are getting paid in school. I mean why return? It makes no sense? You're going to be a top 10 pick, yet you want to go to school more?

I mean it's not like I can prove it, so I dont even know why I'm arguing it...I just think kids are getting paid everywhere.

The point is that not everyone's life revolves around money, and even for those guys the money will be there in a year. So you think that every kid that returns to school is getting paid more than the millions of dollars they would get for being a top ten draft pick? I know you are generally clueless, but come on.

Like I said, I'm not trying to convince anyone...it's just my opinion.

If you don't agree, fine. But don't be a *** about it

Dyer can pad his stats next year at Ark St, lol. With Ball and Jones coming back, it will help Wiscn and OKla be top ten contenders or pretenders.
