For the last three weeks I've been one of two people left in a survivor pool.

The last 3 weeks I've been struggling to find teams to use.

Last week the other opponent takes the Ravens (I think wow what a great team to still have left, I take the seahawks.)

This week they take the Eagles.. This time I dig through emails because surely no one would have both eagles and ravens left the last two weeks... They do have the Eagles left, however I notice they used the Ravens the 2nd week of December and last week. I took the cardinals this week then notified the guy running the league.

What should be the ruling?

It's a survivor pool, he took the same team twice. It blatantly violates the whole purpose of the league, therefore, he's out. Seems pretty cut and dry.

Right.. That's what I thought.. The guy in charge says he's looking into it... Turns out the other person is his daughter and I feel like he's been helping make her picks and probably thinks he screwed her over or something because I haven't heard back since Sunday

What do you mean, what is the ruling? Dudes out. Pretty clear/easy decision. You cant take someone twice.

Yeah, rules are rules but nobody likes a tattletale. You know by tattling on your friends, you're really just tattling on yourself. By tattling on your friends, you're just telling them that you're a tattletale. Now is that the tale you want to tell?

I vote that you are disqualified. Give me the commish's email address.

I did a quick facebook search piling his last name and her first together... Nothing matches with their location. I was going to use that in consideration of how big of an ass I'm going to be
