This guy spends alot of time near Osco Industries in Portsmouth.
I heard he lives in West Portsmouth, and no it is not underneath a tarp in the woods.
Funny how he travels from Portsmouth to Chillicothe and back. I guess he has to change his spots so people he isnt hitting the same people up all the time.

He was obviously just buying the TV bc he needed a box big enough to live in. Don't see the big deal.

Well, no. This chick posted the picture on Facebook, saying that she took the picture. I went on her page last night to find where she posted it, and it had been deleted. People could tell by the picture that it wasn't at the Chillicothe Wal-Mart. She got busted out, basically. The guy does work the Chillicothe area though, along with Portsmouth, Waverly, and Circleville.Sonofanump;1041069 wrote:So that was your friend in the news segment?

The picture is at the New Boston Wal Mart. I don't know if the story on ABC 6 mentioned it, but when this guy showed up at his normal spot beside OSCO earlier this week, someone had printed the picture and hung it everywhere. Priceless.

I don't see what the big deal about him buying a TV, at least he is out there making money and it is legal. I find it funny that people want to bitch about him owning a TV that he purchased with his money, yes it is his money that he made by standing outside all day, at least he is not out there committing robbery or another crime. I think if it pisses you off then you should not donate to him and if you have not donated to him, you have no right to bitch. I get more pissed off about the people that live on welfare and drive nice cars and eat steak for dinner while wearing their $150.00 shoes and $200.00 outfits that I do help pay for. I don't condemn all people on welfare because some people do have bad luck and need the system until they can get back on their feet by finding employment or going back to school to get a better life for them and their family, but some of these people spend their whole life abusing the system and teaching their kids that they don't have to work to have a better life.

It doesn't bother me, I actually think it's all quite funny. When I give money to these people, I fully expect them to buy King Cobra's and crack, so this isn't all that bad. I figure if my donation helps just one legit person down on their luck, than that is fine with me.password;1041600 wrote:I don't see what the big deal about him buying a TV, at least he is out there making money and it is legal. I don't know if I've ever gave a panhandler any money. I don't intend to either.

I never gave money to the bums on campus, and if I did I fully expected them to head to UDF and get a 40 of Steel Reserve.
The guys I really respected though were the ones that dug through my trash to find cans and coat hangers for $ for booze.

Here's the way I look at it: if you've reached the point where you're going to ask another person, generally that you don't know, for money. You need help. Either monetarily or ethically. Either way, I'm not going to judge you. God can do that when you're dead. Until then, I'll do what I feel is the right thing and that is to help someone who claims to be in need. I did my good deed. I did what I was asked. If you lied to me, that's on you. I'm the one with the clear conscience.se-alum;1041628 wrote:It doesn't bother me, I actually think it's all quite funny. We had a family that used to panhandle near my dads car dealership all the time. My mom counted all the cars that pulled up and gave him something and it was like 70 an hour. Dude is banking even if he gets only 1 dollar per person.
