Making player decisions is one of the fun things of being in management, and I am sure Banner wants in on that action. Now that Haslam has given him the keys to the kingdom so to speak I can easily see him wanting to butt his way into personnel decisions.

I'm beginning to worry he is one of those guys that is just always going to have some kind of issue. Oh, I completely agree. I was ballistic when they went deep twice on 2nd & 1 and 3rd & 1. Absolutely it make sense to let Trich sit til he is healthy. Hardest has finally been running hard, Trich no sense of banging him up this year. We are not winning a championship. I love Richardson but this is why I did not want a rob in the top 5.
