I think the Browns want to move up to make sure no one leapfrogs them for the guy they want, although I don't believe it to be Tannehill. The only problem in doing so is that it could get expensive if the Vikings have other teams wanting to move up to that spot. I think the Browns are ok with drafting 3 potential players. I highly doubt they trade up just to prevent anyone form leapfrogging them. If somebody leapfrogs them, it puts the Browns in great position, because the best tackle to come through a draft since JT/Long will fall to them.
