LOL. Not all sales is 100% commission. Most companies offer a salary plus commission or a salary plus bonus. How do I know this? I'm a headhunter that places sales, marketing & management professionals so I deal with salary/commission negotiations daily.

I've been straight commission, by choice, with my company for 19 years and it hasn't hurt me. Actually prefer it that way...more money. I have the option of a salary plus commission but it would be a huge pay cut.
