I will agree that both black people and white trash abuse the welfare system. I can't find any good "stats" but the system has got to me nearly just as many if not a higher percentage of people abusing it than people using it for its actual purpose (help those in need for short periods of time).

The system is broken and all ethnicities of people take advantage of it because they can. My sister in-law spent years on welfare because she decided to use cheap condoms (it broke), got pregnant, drug user sperm donor winds up in jail. Every time she gets herself into a position to get ahead she gets pregnant, quits her job, or does something else stupid to halt her progress. It is the system that is failing because of this myth that people should not be cold or hungry. As long as people are content they will not change how they behave.

That was my whole point the fraud of the welfare system is not a black or a white issue. It is lazy ass person problem. Like mella stated if people are content with leeching of the system they will.
