Almost 40% of the prison population are blacks. Probably because I'm one of the few on here that is sick of paying taxes so black people can freeload off the doers in this country. People need to drop this PC crap and start calling out the blacks for their years of fraud and abuse of the system. Welfare is designed to be a short term safety net for people that hit hard times. All I know is what I see around where I live and there are plenty of blacks in this area. Oh, the stories I could tell about the local white trash freeloaders.
