Almost 40% of the prison population are blacks. Technically, there are more white people in prison than black people, but white people make up over 70% of this country while only 14% of the population are black.

If one is prone to abuse the system in search of a free ride, it also makes sense that one is more likely to get slapped by the system when they caught with their hands in the cookie jar.

I would say that there is a high percentage of Massillon and Steubenville residents that are incarcerated.

Probably because I'm one of the few on here that is sick of paying taxes so black people can freeload off the doers in this country. People need to drop this PC crap and start calling out the blacks for their years of fraud and abuse of the system. Welfare is designed to be a short term safety net for people that hit hard times. Not for black people to freeload and buy drugs with, like most of them do anyway.

Oh good Lord, when did you graduate college? You've been paying taxes for what, a month? And don't give me "well I paid taxes while in college", no you didn't. You got every dime back just like all the "black people" you are complaining about while you were in college.

At least pay taxes for a few years before you complain about people sucking the nations tit.

I'm sick of paying taxes for the freeloaders that are fraudulently abusing the system but most of what I see is from white trash, not blacks.

All I know is what I see around where I live and there are plenty of blacks in this area. Oh, the stories I could tell about the local white trash freeloaders. They REALLY know how to work the system.
